Welcome to the Engineering Academy at New Smyrna Beach High School, home of the Cudas! We are a Gold Star Academy.Our Engineering Program follows curriculum created by Project Lead the Way, a national pre-engineering program. Our four-year program gives students a strong foundation in the many different engineering fields. All 4 courses qualify for Honors Credit! We are the only Academy that offers honors credit for all of our courses. Our 9th grade class also offers the opportunity to take an industry certification exam which would certify them as an Autodesk Inventor Certified User. From 3D CAD designs to bridge building to robotic arms, students get a hands-on education in many areas. Check out the other pages to see our amazing projects in the different classes!
